We came for a late lunch, there wasn't many people in the restaurant. Server was very nice however she didn't come around a lot. When we finally got our food, it was cold! We had endless fries and when we got them (only once because she never came back) they were cold as well. It was our first time here and will probably be our last.

My son and I arrived at what seemed to be the busiest part of the evening. Once we were seated, various waitresses could be heard apologizing to customers for the wait.... This wasn't starting out on the right foot. Our overworked server made her way to the table after several minutes and offered us an apology right off the bat, claiming that a bunch of the waitstaff called off work that day. We already knew what we wanted so we got our order in right away, much to the delight of the waitress. Almost 20 minutes passed before we received our drinks, which under any circumstances is unacceptable. The waitress saw that we were getting frustrated and finally brought the drinks to our table. Shortly thereafter, the pretzel bites appetizer arrived and they were actually pretty good. Minutes later our main dishes were brought out and they too were very good. My son and I both had the crab cake sandwich and we were pleasantly surprised at how good it was. At $14 a piece they are not cheap, but crab meat is a delicacy so I understood the high price. In spite of how busy the restaurant was, our lovely waitress was very attentive and refilled my son's iced tea several times. That alone deserves kudos. The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars is because this is a chain restaurant, and although the food was good, they fell short in a few places (as expected).

3.5--Waited for a table on a Wednesday evening so i know they were busier than normal. Sat down and waited for waitress. People seated after us had drinks before we even ordered drinks. A little frustrating as you can imagine. Ordered burger and she went on to next person before i even finished telling her my order. I then waited my turn and ordered chili for an appetizer. Finally soup came out and it was clam chowder. Told her i wanted chili so she took back and came back with a half filled up cup...it was $3.60 for that. Waitress got better towards the end because she refilled our glasses n gave more bottomless fries :) All it takes is attentive service and I'm happy as a clam

Came in at 3 PM on a Friday afternoon. Wasn't busy. This is the third Red Robin we have been to in two years. For some reason I thought the burgers were cheaper at the other two places. Guess it depends on the place one is located at. My wife had the Bacon Cheeseburger and I have the Whiskey BBQ burger. Both with bottomless fries. Food was great, just pricy. Our waiter's name was Isaac and he did an excellent job.

Great food for a chain with tons of options. The last time I visited we had an excellent waiter. He was attentive, funny, and didn't even mind us flirting with him. He let's us just sit there and chat after we paid our bill until the restaurant closed. It was a great experience and if you like chain restaurants I'd definitely recommend this place.

I've never had any complaints when eating at Red Robin. As they say in their tagline: yummmm! On our last visit we ordered a "short" onion ring tower and that was a perfect size for 2 people to share and still have room for the meal. I ordered a Whiskey River BBQ burger on an onion bun and it tasted good, although the burger patty was a little small. Flavor was great and loaded with toppings. I also upgraded my endless fries to Sweet Potato fries and it was well worth the additional charge. They were AWESOME!! My friend ordered one of the fancier peppercorn bacon burgers served on a ciabatta bun. It was more meat than mine but as far as toppings, there wasn't much to it. He tasted mine and liked it better. He opted for the regular endless fries and was definitely filled up. Raspberry iced tea was great, too.

I really like Red Robin for their burgers and fries. My favorite burger is the Royal Robin which comes with a fried egg on it. I usually add the fried onion straws to it. I also love that they have vinegar for the fries if you wish. (give it a try if you haven't) The service has also been very good. The other day I went there though and ordered the Prime Rib sandwich. I was not impressed. There was nothing "Prime" about the meat. Every bite that wasn't grizzle was rubbery. I couldn't eat it. I will be back to Red Robin, but will stick with the burgers!

Went for lunch on a Saturday afternoon, once we were seated we waited roughly 8-10 min before i spotted what happened to be the manager to ask if we could get a server. The manager apologized and took our drink and food order. The girl who then ended up being our server Alyse returned with our drinks and asked if we had really been waiting that long? ! ? ! Then made some excuse about not knowing we were her table. NO APOLOGY and didn't introduce herself (got her name if the receipt). We did have refills on our drinks, and we were offered free dessert which we declined. Ultimately all we wanted was an apology and for her to try! And then the kicker we left her a 10% tip but "someone" decided she deserved more, and changed the amount we left her! The store was called and they did say they were returning the "over charge" but does that really change the fraud that had occurred?

I went there the other night, wasn't too busy and was seated right away. Service was good and the food was pretty good. The only thing I would've changed is that the wait time for refills. A little slow on it, but that won't stop me from going back.

We have been coming here for years and our experience has been declining as of late. Our latest visit will be our last. Service was terrible, cold food and my hamburger was burnt. Food is over priced and you don't get much. Last time we came I ordered an appetizer at the end of the meal because I was still hungry, my $20 dinner consisted of one chicken breast with cold sauce on it. Redddddd Robin .... yuck!

5 stars for hostess scheduling 3 stars for waitress 2 stars for food I was very impressed when a friend and I walked in on a busy Friday night and a hostess came up to us with an iPad scheduler to let us know about the wait. Despite the groups waiting to be seated we didn't have to wait more than 20 minutes. Our waitress was quick in coming, but didn't come back to check on us more than once and didn't offer refills on drinks. My burger (some pink) was lukewarm by the time we finished our appetizer as they didn't time things too well in the kitchen. I was SO disappointed in the bun, which was clearly pulled out of a plastic bag and not toasted/heated before it hugged my burger. We really wanted fried pickle spears but settled on fried zucchini when they weren't on the menu. The zucchini was cut in too large of chunks and not cooked all the way despite being deep fried. The fries did stand out as they use a tasty seasoning on them...but our ketchup bottle was almost empty. Trying to get out the ketchup left us giggling at the fart sounds our bottle kept making, but we also got ketchup splatters over ourselves and the table which wasn't as hilarious.

I can't give chain restaurants a 5 star.... unless it literally blows my mind. So three stars is pretty awesome. I had one of the BEST waitresses of all time here. The service was impeccable! If you have been to Red Robin before you know their burgers & fries are delicious. But many people I bet don't know they have a FABULOUS gluten free menu. There are so many options. The cool thing is that it lists the item and then the items which will be taken out or replaced from the main menu. I didn't have to worry about how the item would be changed or if it would taste good. The waitress helped me with different combination's and also suggested adding different fruit to my salad because she remembered another "gluten-free" guest loved it. The other 4 people in my party where very impressed. They each ordered a different thing from a different section of the menu. There were many ways our order could have been totally screwed up, none of which happened. It was especially busy because it was a Packer game day, but with our waitress it didn't even feel like it. I would recommend this location because besides the delicious food, everyone we interacted with on staff was extremely accommodating...and that totally makes or breaks a good dinner! Fabulous service---- Check! Delicious food---- Check! Clean----Check! Great price----Check!

On a second visit I had the blue ribbon burger, which was wonderful. It's topped with blue cheese and fried onion straws. It's rich and delicious. Red Robin could ruin you for a regular hamburger.

Red Robin is pretty much your standard chain establishment. Where it does stand out is the food and service. Blue Ribbon burger is excellent with the meat juicy and cooked to order. A burger will set you back close to ten dollars, but these are not fast food burgers. Average selection of beers on tap. Service was very fast and friendly. If you are looking for a burger that is above average give them a try.
